A special thank you to the local sponsors who supported the playground project at TES nearly 30 years ago. Your contributions allowed our community's students to enjoy recess with the play structure for many years. It has served us well and is ready for an upgrade. We are pleased to announce that our school board has approved the purchase of a new playground. It is planned for installation in June of this summer. We were able to use special funds from the state specifically for projects like this. We look forward to many years of enjoyment for our community. Thank you again to the contributors of the playground who came together 30 years ago for our students.

Tulelake Elementary School Picture Day is Coming! Monday, October 6th, is picture day. Order forms have been sent home with students, or pictures can be ordered online.
Is your child missing a jacket or a sweatshirt? The Lost and Found at TES is filling up! Come in soon and check to see if any of your students' clothing is there!
Need some new Tulelake Apparel for you or your student? PPA is selling new t-shirts and sweatshirts! Turn in your order form to the TES office with cash or check, or see a PPA member about using Venmo!

Tulelake Basin Joint Unified would like to welcome our new Board Member, Amy Frey.
Hello Tulelake community! We're honored to introduce Claudia Cisneros as Tulelake Basin Joint Unified School District's new TASSEL Program Coordinator. Claudia brings more than 6 years of experience supporting migrant and multilingual students, including work as a Family Engagement Specialist, local nonprofit work, and a Graduation Specialist with the Southern Oregon Education Service District. She's passionate about creating inclusive, culturally responsive learning environments and is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Education at Southern Oregon University. Claudia looks forward to connecting with and supporting our amazing students and families!
Back to School Night at Tulelake Elementary School is on August 14th from 5:30-6 pm! Class lists will be posted on the front doors of the elementary school at 4 pm on August 14th.
Registration for all Tulelake students, Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade, will take place in the Tulelake High School lobby on Monday, August 4th from 9 am to 6pm.
